Founded by a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran sober for 16 years, our Level 3 supervised residence combines 12-step recovery principles with physical conditioning to help residents build mental toughness, emotional composure, and a life worth defending.

We specifically serve young men aged 18 to 30 who have completed a 30-day inpatient rehab or detox program and need a structured, substance-free environment to transition back into independent living. We accept residents from anywhere in the country who are committed to maintaining an active, drug- and alcohol-free lifestyle.

Admissions is simple and practical. In just one call or text, our admissions coordinator guides your family through intake. To relieve family stress, we coordinate direct transportation to pick up your loved one from their inpatient rehab facility and bring them safely to New Soil.

No prior martial arts experience is necessary. Our on-site training accommodates all fitness levels, from total beginners to experienced athletes. Training is modified for any physical limitations so every resident gains the physical wellness, stress regulation, and humility built on the mats.

We require a 90-day (3-month) minimum stay. Studies show that longer care significantly increases long-term sobriety rates. Program fees cover high-accountability housing, 24/7 structure, daily BJJ instruction, on-site gym access, wholesome meals, and outdoor activities. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for substance use. Accountability includes 24/7 supervision, regular drug and alcohol screening multiple times per week, house curfews, daily chores, and mandatory participation in 12-step meetings and recovery chats. Any active relapse results in immediate discharge to protect the community.
