Founded and operated by a 16-year sober U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, our home integrates daily Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and functional fitness into core 90-day recovery routines. Through physical conditioning on the mats, our residents gain emotional regulation, stress tolerance, and the mental composure required to handle real-world triggers.
